What is Depression?

Depression is a kind of mental disorder that affects a person’s frame of mind. It can change your thoughts, feelings, behavior, and taken as a whole health. Common thoughts fall along a range from mild to intense, and the similar is true of depression. It’s normal to react to victims in one’s life with unhappiness and gloom. But when these thoughts block a person from performing arts their everyday activities or are out of line with the veracity of a person’s life, they are measured symptoms of a 'depressive disorder.

Depression can have an effect on anybody, including teenagers. Most people with depression can be helped with treatment, but many depressed people never get the help they need. When depression isn’t treated, it can get worse, last longer, and prevent you from getting the most out of your life. Remember, you're only a teenager once.
